News, events & remote-work, reimagined

Our biggest communications release yet — smarter news targeting and templates, event notifications, and a completely rebuilt Journey Management remote-work checklist.

News & communications

  • Message templates & duplication — reuse the comms you send often and re-publish past items without re-typing.
  • Precise recipient targeting — send to everyone, or filter by employment type, workgroup, employer or searchable individual users.
  • Accept / Reject / Unsure responses — require acknowledgement for safety-critical notices like flight changes.
  • Re-send & republish — expired posts can be re-sent, and republishing fires a fresh notification.
  • Read & delivery stats — see who published each item, and export open / read / delivery reporting.

Event notifications

  • Events can now send push notifications, just like News.
  • New "Send To" toggle for event communications.
  • Target events with the same recipient workflow as News.

JMP remote-work updates

  • Risk-assessment checklist with red / amber / green indicators, mandatory fields and required responses before approval.
  • Manual latitude / longitude entry, satellite view and multiple pins to plan remote-work locations.
  • "Use current location", a taller map box and planned-vs-actual GPS route maps.

Admin dashboard, pagination & journey alerts

A clearer portal for admins — at-a-glance dashboards, persistent pagination, and sharper journey-alert signals.

  • Admin dashboard — user-growth chart, recent-activity feed and account-breakdown widgets.
  • Sticky account tree with search.
  • Overdue-journey warnings shown as orange chips, distinct from emergency alerts.
  • Pagination & sort state persisted to the URL across every portal page.
Changed
  • Overdue warnings now surface in the portal's Active Alerts column.
  • Warnings auto-resolve when a journey escalates to a full emergency.
Fixed
  • Pagination per-page flip that caused redirect loops.
  • Per-page selection now updates the URL correctly.
  • Dashboard chart tick labels no longer overflow.
